Divine Healing

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the healer of our bodies when we are sick.

When we confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord who heals us of our diseases, and to Him we turn when we are sick, we are declaring that He is our divine physician. Since ancient time, God was proclaimed as the Healer of His chosen people Exodus 15:26.

The disease originated in man's sin, we can consider it as a curse which God wants to relieve, as much as the disease of sin that leads to death.

The Messiah in His atoning death provided a double health for us, since coming to save man from sin and all its consequences, one of which was the disease that is why the prophet Isaiah sees the Messiah as a provider of a double both spiritual and physical health, said that "Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows" and also "was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our sins." Matthew 9: 1-8, Luke 13:10-16, John 8:34-36

The disease is one of the ways with which the devil oppresses people.

Christians must turn to God when we are sick, he tells us to do so James 5: 14-16. It is necessary to practice the faith of the Lord Jesus and obtain the healing of our bodies.

The disease can arise according to the state of spiritual life that we have, we can come an illness to get attention because she loves discipline God, Hebrews 12:6, or simply that God shows his love and mercy to this life, and tests our faith.
