Launched an evangelical church for ten thousand people, the largest audience of Paraguay

On the night of October 3 included the opening of the new temple of the Church Family Worship Center, with a special service of dedication. With songs and praises, thousands of people participated in the inauguration of the new headquarters of Family Worship Center (CFA), located near the center of Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay. During the inauguration, Emilio Abreu pastor, church leader, said "the building of this temple reflects our faith in God and the rapid growth of people who share our beliefs."

Abreu also mentioned that many people can not believe they could build a building so imposing. He stressed that "when there is faith reach great goals."

Pastor argued further that confidence, faith and love of God was what motivated to culminate in the building, which began five years ago in order to help youth and adults to leave the vices and bad habits through support of God. To corroborate this, several people testified to the changes in his life during the opening ceremony.

The church, which was born 24 years ago in the country, now has many thousands of faithful, and from the completion of this work may have many services of all kinds in their facilities.

THE TEMPLE
The new building has cost close to $ 12 million and has an area of 48,000 m2, more than the Congress. Home to 10 thousand people, although this is the first stage of the project total for last place 20,000 people.

The building, whose construction began in January 2004 and has already been used a few months ago for the Mennonite Conference, has an audience of one ground floor and two upper levels, with space for now receive a total of ten thousand ( 3 thousand people in each sector and about 4 thousand in the ground floor). The temple also has a prayer chapel and a children's play area for children accompanying their parents to worship.

The work, once completed, in addition to the aforementioned worship auditorium for 10,000 people, have school, college and university, and several meeting rooms for smaller groups. In two underground parking is to house about 500 vehicles.

Pastor Estanislao Candia, Bethania Abreu and Pastor Emilio Abreu presided over the official inauguration of the temple.

With praise and music began the ceremony at the temple, which showed a full ten thousand seats available.

The pastor of the Council of the Assemblies of God, Estanislao Candia, addressed those present and said that the work Guarani shows that God is powerful and that for him nothing is impossible. He said the work tested the will of men and women, but demonstrates that with effort and without aid from outside can do great things.

And the special moment came when the pastor Candia Abreu and broke the tape that indicated the moment of the inauguration. Once unwound, fireworks appeared, while a music accompanied the lights shining on the platform. The crowd applauded and praised God.

Another emotional moment, as mentioned before, was when several people appeared on the big screen who chairs the temple discussing their testimony of life. Some said that through prayer left the alcohol and drugs. Others, however, reported that thanks to the accompaniment of the Church managed to recover and unite their families. And no lack of people who said they were healed of diseases that precluded a normal life. There was also testimony from people who felt suicidal, but who overcame this desire through faith found in visiting this church.

Pastors of local churches and neighboring cities participated in the act, as the President of the National Congress of Paraguay, Miguel Angel Carrizosa, and former Vice President Luis Castiglioni.
