cielo You do not know if the same thing happens to me, but many times I have wanted the week to pass in just two days, ie Tuesday I wished that either the Friday. How many has this ever happened? They are at times like these that we find ourselves saying things like "give anything to make it four in the evening on Friday." Use on Friday because most people work Monday through Friday, but really applies to our last day of work. But the reality of it is that when we think a little on the subject, soon we can conclude that without realizing we are doing two things very badly done. First, we are hoping that our life is completed more quickly, and second, we're assuming we'll have tomorrow. That's why in this day I wish that we study about the "tomorrow." Now to the Word of God, and examine one of the parables of Jesus Christ, which deals directly with this issue.

Luke 12:16-21 - he told them this parable: "The land of a rich man produced a lot. 17Y he thought to himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have nowhere to store my crops? 18And said, This will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods 19y tell my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years, rest for, eat, drink and be merry. 20Pero God said: Thou fool, this night thy soul to ask, and what you have prepared, whose will they be? 21Así is what makes treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

In this parable the Lord teaches us in what we really need to focus, here the Lord teaches us about tomorrow and worry about more things of this world in the things of God. A great truth is that by nature he postpones for tomorrow what you can, especially if it's a difficult job to do.

We postpone and procrastinate until the last minute. This is especially true with regard to manual labor. I can tell my wife and I witness that I am guilty of this. The problem is that many of us have become accustomed to act in this way and unfortunately, sometimes we act like when it's time to act for God. Like the man in this parable that he had settled with their possessions, many of us have become accustomed and comfortable in our wealth that is salvation. This does not mean that they should not be comfortable in our salvation, not to say that they do not trust that one day we will be in the presence of God, but if I say that there is great danger to accommodate us so that we stop do what we have been given. I know I have repeated this many times, but it's something that we all have etched in our minds. All received a mandate from our Lord and this is something that is very clear in Mark 16:15 we read, "And I said 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." And this mandate is not one that can postpone; In other words, work for God can not leave for tomorrow. Let me give an example for them to understand today's topic.

I do not know how many of you this has happened, but it seems that the day when we are more tired, the day when we are more distressed or worried, this is the day when we encounter someone who had not seen in a long time and One way or another, the conversation turns into a psychological consultation. How many will this happen? We find that the person starts talking about the problems he has had, is having and that they are approaching. We hear about the needs and setbacks, disappointments and hear lies, we hear of situations in which perhaps we have passed, but which are happening this person multiplied a hundredfold. It is more or less when you go to consult a doctor and there are many people in the waiting room talking about their diseases. I do not know if you have paid attention to the talks, but sometimes are a funny thing to hear. Do not get me wrong, it is not funny that a person has a disease or condition, but it is funny when they start as a sort of competition among the patients.

I say this because it is not unusual to hear when people start talking about their suffering, no matter the severity or seriousness of the disease or condition of a person, there is always one in the group that tries to leave everything to be the sickest of all. Like I said, things like that never fails to move us in the day that unless we want to hear about the problems and needs of others.

But when we take the time to analyze the situation, it is difficult to discern what God has done is give us a time for us to fulfill His mandate. If we are talking to a believer who has departed, we must recognize that God has given us the opportunity to talk with you and we guide him back to the only place where they can receive the peace they seek. If we are talking to someone who still does not know Christ, then we must recognize that God has given us the opportunity for us to give words of encouragement to that person and brought the message of salvation. Like I said, that day might not be the best day we've had, that day might be the day when we think we are less capable may be that that day is the day that we are weaker, but remember what Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 12:9 we read "And he says: My grace is sufficient for, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I gladly glory in my infirmities, that rest upon me the power of Christ. "What does this mean? This clearly illustrates that at the time when we think we are the least able because we are concerned with our situation, God pours out a blessing. But unfortunately many do not recognize what God is doing and say, no, not now, tomorrow.

I'm sure if God told you at this very moment he would pour out a blessing on any of us, whether health, financial progress, or anything else, everyone here would agree upon.

How many would reject a blessing from God in this moment? It is clear that none of us would say no to God. But when we decided to leave for tomorrow the work of God, the same is what we are doing. When we decided to leave for tomorrow the work of God, in essence we are rejecting the blessing God had for us.

The rejection of God's blessings in most cases is because this man like many of us have become so accommodated to know that we are saved that we used to attend church and receive, we Like the man in the parable. In other words, we decided to enjoy and plan for tomorrow without consulting God. Take heed to this when we read, "And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have nowhere to store my crops? 18And said, This will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods 19y tell my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years, rest for, eat, drink and be merry. " The problem is that when there so we settled in our Christian life, when so we settled in the church, then we fail to recognize the opportunities God provides to let us work in His kingdom. What happens then? What more often happens is that when we get injured or lost, what we do is we just listen. If asked, we give an opinion or advice, but we postpone talking about the real solution to every problem, strain and worry. We postpone talking about Jesus Christ, the true way truth and life, the true rest and peace that exists in the world. Why put off talking about God?

I defer because we heard that little voice in our mind that tells us that this person is very concerned to heed the message of salvation, listen to that little voice that says we are too tired or preoccupied to talk about God.

But I say in this day we have to rebuke that little voice, because it is nothing but a lie of our enemy. That little voice is what stops us to be effective workers in the work of God. Like the man in this parable we will always have tomorrow, but since the Lord chose to reveal here tomorrow might not come. And we can not think about that tomorrow we can come to us exclusively, but we also have to think that maybe tomorrow you can not reach that person God has sent us. We never forget what the Word teaches us about life as found in James 4:13-15 we read "! Come now! those who say: Today and tomorrow we will go to that city, and spend a year there, and traffic, and we will win; 14cuando not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? Certainly it is a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes. "Some may think I'm a little obsessed with the idea of death, but the reality of it is that many people take daily life because think that there is no hope or solutions to their problems. Every day many people take their own lives because they've never heard how the Lord tells as found in Matthew 11:28 we read, "Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

There are also those who remain faithful contemplate the thought of suicide because they lost faith or their faith is wavering. These are the most serious cases we may think, but there are many people who fall into different types of sin because they have not had someone to reveal the truth. This is something that happens because many are the forgotten what we find in Romans 15:1-2 we read, "So, those who are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2Cada one of us please his neighbor in what is good for edification. "In other words, have not had someone who is willing to help them regain their strength, and strengthen their faith. They have found people willing to do as we find when we read in Galatians 6:1 "Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such a spirit of meekness, considering thyself, lest you too be tempted. "Every day many people turn away from God's ways and some in absentia and others because they are injured. But there are many who are lost because there are a group of believers who think that tomorrow will be the time to talk about Christ. Like I said, we feel comfortable that we have accumulated wealth and plan tomorrow.

The man in this parable had accumulated wealth in the land, had many possessions and thought that tomorrow could enjoy them. But think about this for a moment, what is a treasure for us? Here he is clearly talking about material possessions, but the reality of all that wealth can be much more than that. A wealth for some of us may be that we have in high esteem, it might be thought well of us at all times, that our friends, relatives and acquaintances do not think that we are a religious fanatic. An asset to us may be sleeping the whole morning, he take us a few days off work, right? Itself, an asset to us can be many things, but when wealth takes the place we have to give God in our lives, then we act like men in this parable, we give more importance to things of the world that the things of God. We try to store wealth in land and lose sight of what matters, we lose sight that our wealth and treasure not on earth but in heaven with our heavenly Father. We forget or simply ignore what the Lord tells us in Matthew 6:19-21 we read, "No yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal yourselves treasures 20sin heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not steal. 21Porque where your treasure is, there also will your heart. "

When we postpone the things of God, we make a big mistake. When we say in our heart that tomorrow we will have time to evangelize a person, that tomorrow we will have the time to testify, that tomorrow we will have time to repent, that tomorrow we will have the time to act for the church, we are simply making plans without god. A great reality is that none of us know when He calls us to rest. All we assume that we will be tomorrow, but tomorrow might not come. We can not let the things of God for tomorrow. The time for God to act is now! The time to fulfill God's command is now. This is where He wants us to be faithful workers, now he wants to evangelize the nations, this is where He wants you to testify of his power and grace, now he wants to use us to glorify. Today is what matters to us.

To conclude. On many occasions we have God's blessings in our necessity.

We do this because we do not realize the blessings of God are much more than that. We settled in knowing that we have received salvation, and we are happy to attend church on Sundays.

This convenience often takes us away from God's will, and not let us see the opportunities that He provides us to serve Him blessing to another. This wealth, because when we have the salvation we are the richest in the world, often make us lazy when it comes time to act for God, and therefore we say "tomorrow." But when this little word comes to mind when that little voice speaks to us saying we are not worthy, we're very tired, we have enough problems without throwing ourselves our those of others, that person does not need to hear the gospel, that person is deeply troubled to hear, when you're going to give more importance to our comforts and riches that God, remember the words of the Lord. "This is what makes treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God." Always seek to be rich for God.
