CristoMujerFe Last week we shared a study that forced us to reflect on our commitment to God.
It was a message that made us think about how we act and think. It was a message where we examine the importance of giving priority to God that He deserves in our lives. I think everybody here could see that when we put God above all things, then our daily lives we find it much easier. Why does this happen? This happens because when we put God above all things, if what we're doing is we are building our lives on the firm foundation , who is Christ Jesus. One of the greatest tragedies in the church today are those who profess Christ but do not walk with Christ. There are millions of people who are baptized, visit the church week by week, but do not live for Christ. Not just live life not live righteous lives, and do not give their best to reach those in need. Why does this happen? This is because there are many within the Body of Christ suffering from a serious illness. A disease that produces a slowly lost, sooner or later will lead to a sharp drop. Is there something you can do to prevent this? We now turn to the Word of God for the answer.

Mark 5:24-29 - Thus it was with him, and a great multitude followed him, and squeezed. 25 But a woman who suffered twelve years of blood flow, 26 and had suffered many things of many physicians, and spent everything he had and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 when he heard of Jesus, came behind the crowd and touched his garment. 28 For she said: If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up, and felt in the body that was healed of that plague.

I'm sure most if not all have read these verses here, right? And surely we can all say that is a retelling of one of the miracles of Jesus, right? But I tell you in today, that although is an account of one of the miracles of Jesus in them there is a deeper message. I say this because in these verses we find a good description of the disease that mention them. In these verses we find a good description of the spiritual condition of many people within the church. Let us examine these verses in detail to determine if what I say makes sense. At this point in history Jesus had done miracles, and His teachings and reputation grew daily. Wherever He went, all they had heard from him came to see him. That's why the first verse we read in today tells us: "And a great multitude followed him, and he pressed." I imagine that most people in this crowd came to see him out of curiosity. In other words, it was to see if they had heard about this man was true. In fact this is very different from what happens today, I say this because most of the people who turn to Christ, her first visit to an evangelical church is almost always to satisfy a curiosity. This was the case here, chances are that within the crowd were some who had faith, but I'm sure most of those who came to see him did so to satisfy their curiosity.

As I said a moment ago, in these verses we find a revelation of the spiritual condition of many people within the Body of Christ. I say this because there are many people as you follow this crowd, but not followed by faith but to see that passes. The Word tells us "and a great multitude followed him," This is something that is much in the churches, we find that there are many people who follow Christ, and of course this is a good thing, this is the first step. But follow only is not enough. God does not want to follow Christ alone, God wants us to walk beside Him (Colossians 3:2-4.) But most believers make the mistake of thinking that by simply maintaining compliance. Many followed by curiosity, it remains to see what happens, he remains as we Cubans say, just in case. In if you are for various reasons, but the problem is that you are not a genuine faith.

Continuing the reading we see tells us: "But a woman who suffered twelve years of blood flow, 26 and had suffered many things of many physicians, and spent everything he had and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse. "Think about it for a while and see if this also applies to the lives of many people. We have to think hard on it to see that here we find the description of many people who still do not know Christ, right? But These verses also find a good description of the spiritual condition of many believers. Think about it for a while and see if what I say makes sense.

I'm sure most of us if not all, at one point in our lives as we meet this woman. We knew we were wrong, we knew there had to be something more, there was a gap in our being. As this woman, we sought the solution in the hands of man, but not met. I'm sure many of us if not all try by all means and have been to find a break, we did everything that was within our grasp But things were never better but worse, right? If we look around us, you will soon realize that there are many people in this world who seek to fill that emptiness you feel, but never could achieve. Many are those who seek fill that void with drugs, alcohol, religions, and horn in the powers of darkness. But however much they seek, the solution is never found in any of those places. None of these things is capable of filling the vacuum that exists in the human heart. There is only one thing capable of this, there is only one person in this world capable of giving peace, love, and the rest you are Aneal, and his name is Jesus Christ (Matthew 11 : 28; John 14:27.) Once you accept him as our King and Savior, He will fill the void. The Holy Spirit begins to guide us and give us conviction of sin, and began to follow Jesus, but still not enough We must walk with Him

Take heed in detail. In these events we see that this woman knew exactly what affected him, the Word tells us that she "suffered from blood flow." Undoubtedly we can see that she was suffering due to a physical condition, a disease with symptoms, but I say in this day there are many believers who this woman as suffering from a disease not physically but spiritually. This woman was suffering from a loss, and say that there are many within the people of God today day suffer the same. There are many believers who lose the blessings that God pours out upon His people, and all I can do is wonder why? To you that you wonder why? I tell you that your life is because there is a loss. If we see that this woman had a loss of blood, we who suffered from this condition for long. Brothers, as this woman there are many believers who suffer from a loss spiritual, and have been suffering for a long time. It is for this reason that often preach the importance of examining our lives, our way of being, our way of behaving, and our way of thinking. I do it because if we do this never find our mistakes and faults, will never find where is our loss.

Let me illustrate this point in another way. Let's say we left the temple and we see that the tire of our car is under air. What would be the first instinct of many of us? "If we lie to ourselves, I would say that the first we would do is get to the nearest gas station and it would still air echaríamos our way, right? So what happens? May be that we reach our destination without a problem, it might all be well apparent, but eventually ran out of tire air. Going without air because they never take the time to find the leak, we never repair time. It can be a slow thing, but as it can be a slow process may also be an immediate thing. It may be that hurdles in the road and suddenly deflate the tire, the vehicle momentarily lose control and have an accident. Would you say that this can happen? Has anyone ever succeeded? But why did it happen? It happened because they took the time to repair the leak when we had the chance.

I know I should be saying, well, check the tires pastor of our cars as we go. But I have come to bring a class of mechanics, today we are examining our spiritual life. Do I talk to leak then? I'm talking about the leak that exists in the lives of many people, the leak that is sin. As in the case of the tire, unless we recognize where this sin in our lives if we do not recognize where the lack in our commitment to God eventually the time came when we find ourselves spiritually empty. You may try to fill the void up going to church once a week, you might try to fill the void up going to church twice a week, but that is not the solution, that's just religion.

Now do not misunderstand me, going to church is good, and that we are called. When we come to church, and we share with our brothers, when we praise God with one heart, and when we hear His holy and divine word are refilled. In other words, as we did with the car when we went to the nearest gas station and we take air into the tire. When we go to church received a temporary injection, but here's the problem, in this little word " temporary. "The reality of it is that if we do not fix the problem sooner or later we will see in a dark desolate road, our spiritual life strikeouts. If we do not fix the leak sooner or later, when we least expect, all will crumble around us, and our family, friends, husband, wife, daughters, sons, all but everything will be affected. How can we fix the leak before it happens? Let us look well what this woman did, here to find the answer to this question. The Word of God says, "when he heard of Jesus, came from behind the crowd and touched his garment." In this little verse there are three very important steps.

First, she "had heard of Jesus." I wonder, how many have heard that Christ is the solution? But the hardest question to answer is how many are convinced that He is the solution? Many of us have heard of Christ and hear and hear, but really do not listen. We hear and we hear but we are not convinced. This is a leak that exists in the lives of many. There are many who are not completely convinced that he is the solution. So the first step is to be fully convinced that He is the solution. We must remove all doubt (Matthew 21:21.)

Second, here we read that she "came up behind the crowd." In other words, she had to fight her way through the crowd that separated it from Jesus. I do not know how many he has had to do this, I do not know how many they have had have to fight through a crowd, but I can say that it is not easy. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to reach a specific point and that many people are experiencing and do not want to move. I'm sure this was the case here. I'm sure she did not say "please permisito" and they were off to a side and paved the way. I'm sure she had to fight her way to pushing, shoving and trampling. I'm sure it was not easy, had to battle and struggle all the way to reach him There are many who are looking at Jesus from a distance without coming to Him That's why we should examine ourselves and ask ourselves, what crowd separates us from Jesus? Many are what come and listen to him through His holy and divine Word, but can not reach Him But why not? not reach him because there are obstacles that must be overcome; not reach him because there are barriers that must be broken; not reach him because there fortified walls that have to be demolished; not reach him because there are multitudes that must be traversed. This is exactly what this woman did when she "came from behind between the crowd. "Unfortunately not every believer has this determination. Not every believer is willing to do as this woman. Not every believer is willing to push everything aside. Not every believer is willing to open up a straight, straight to Jesus. But is this what it has to be done.

In order to win we must do our part (James 4:7.) We need to reflect on our lives, and find bugs. We have to push everything aside and open the way to where He is. It is not enough to follow, we have to walk beside Him (Isaiah 55:7.) But to walk by His side we first have to open the way. We must make our way from the midst of the crowd that separates us, the multitude of religious spirit, this multitude of vices, this multitude of grievances, this multitude of jealousy (Proverbs 3:6, 16:25.) We must make our way from among the multitude of things that the enemy has been and continues to put between us and God. Continua because their great desire and mission is separate from the will of God, His great desire is to prevent us to receive God's blessings. I think if we begin to list all the things that can be presented as an obstacle in our spiritual life to separate the will of God, never have the time to finish. So the second step is to recognize that we ourselves have something to do.

We must examine ourselves and see what separates us individually, and remove it from our lives.

Third, we read that she "touched his garment." But, how do I play? The word here says: "For she said: If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole." In other words what I play completely convinced, knowing what I play He would heal him. What was the outcome of your faith? "And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up, and felt in the body that was healed of that plague." With the touch of His garment she is completely healthy. With only touch His cloak that affliction which he suffered for so many years is completely healed. So the third step to follow here is to His holy and divine presence with confidence (Hebrews 4:16.)

To conclude. Unfortunately, many in the body of Christ who are in the same situation as this woman was. There are many who are suffering and grieving, searching and trying, but things are not going any better. There are many in the Body of Christ who suffer a loss, a loss caused by sin I lack faith. This is the disease suffered by many, which suffer from the disease, unable to find a solution. But today they I say that Christ is present. He is here to heal your spirit, He is here to eliminate your pain, He is here today to receive the blessings that the Father has for you. Do not let the enemy put a crowd in the middle . no doubt the present, is brave and crosses through the middle of situations, be brave and make your way, comes to him touching His garment and be healed.
