el valle de los huesos secos I was watching the television show of my favorite commentator the other day, and after he finished to comment, that is, after explaining and exposing the corruption that is trying to take root in this country, he said something I never had heard from any commentator, and began by saying that what he was about to say was not politically correct. What did this man I'm so much attention? This man seriously look into the camera and said that the main thing this country had to do was fall on our knees and pray to the Lord. He said that the main thing we all had to do is find the spiritual guidance that only the Lord can provide.

I do not know what church he belongs, but as I have seen during my time watching and / or listening to their programs, it appears to be a Christian. But now we must ask: What reason that this man speak this way in a canal secular news? I would say that reason that this man behaved in this way is that he, like many, but all of us have noticed that with each passing day more, man rebels against of God. I'm sure everyone here agree when I say that what this world needs most is to feel the presence of God. But before the world could experience this, something has to happen. Before he can experience the world power of God, God's people need to wake up, the people of God must revive. I'm sure everyone will agree when I say that the body of Christ needs a revival. We need the Holy Spirit falls on the church to we get a change. But getting a change in this world is not something that can be achieved easily. It is something we can easily achieve for two reasons. Number one, not every believer is willing to enter the battlefield, this is evidence of immorality, corruption, and lack of basic biblical principles and values. Number two, there a large group of believers completely dead in spirit, this evidence is the lack of opposition by the faithful believers assumptions about marriages of same sex, abortions, and all other other things that go directly against the Word of God. Keeping these points in mind, we turn now to the scriptures that we will be studying in the day, which will reveal the current condition of a large group of believers, and teach us what we need to do to get up and serve God as He desires.

Ezekiel 37:1-10 - The hand of the Lord came upon me and carried me away in the Spirit of the Lord, and put me in the middle of a valley which was full of bones. 2 And made me spend nearly everything around them and behold, they were plenty on the open field, and certainly very dry. 3 And I said, Son of man, can these bones live? And I said, Lord, you know. 4 I then said, "Prophesy to these bones, and say unto them, O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. 5 Thus saith the Lord GOD to these bones: Behold, I make breath to enter into you, and you will live. 6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and you'll climb over meat, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live, and know that I am the LORD. 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded and there was a noise as I prophesied, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. 8 And I looked, and behold, sinews on them, and the flesh came up, and skin covered them above but there was no breath in them. 9 And he said Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the spirit: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Come from the four winds, and breathe upon these slain, live. 10 I prophesied as he commanded, and came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, a great army.

This here is part of one of the six visions God gave Ezekiel, and accurately describes the spiritual condition of God's people back then. But though this prophet spoke these words thousands of years ago, I would say they are very force, as they describe very well the spiritual condition of many within the Body of Christ today. Why say this? To answer this question we need to examine closely the illustration that Ezekiel used here.

Think about it for a brief moment, when we speak of a bone, the first thing that comes to mind is something that is dead, right? But look right here Ezekiel only says there were no bones, he gives a fairly detail, he describes by saying, "very dry." Now let's ask, what does this mean for us today?

The answer to this question is found by looking around us. I say this because when we look around us, do not think there is a person who does not realize that the world and the church today are full of dry bones. With just look at the conditions that exist around us, not hard to find that day after day, all here crossed by a large valley of dry bones. With just look around us, we will soon discover that people in the world, though physically alive , are completely dry and dead spiritually. This is the sad reality for those who do not know Christ as their King and Savior, the reality for those who reject the grace and mercy of God, but unfortunately it is also the truth about many who make up the body of Christ. Now the question we must ask is: why this can be found in the body of Christ?

I would say the main reason is because many have not taken the time to try to know God intimately. Many believers have grown accustomed to having a superficial relationship with God, and have stopped listening to His warnings and advice. Needless to say, a relationship with God such that only lead to our spiritual life will dry, and we move to be a bag of dry bones, a sack of flesh without spirit and purpose. How can we discern whether this is happening in our lives? There is an American comedian called Jeff Foxworthy makes jokes about Southerners (who have a reputation of not being very smart and a bit wild), and he used the phrase in his jokes: "you may be a Southerner if ... "For example," you may be a Southerner if your dad walks you to school, and both are in the same grade. "" Maybe you're a Southerner if your wife can climb a tree faster your cat.

These are examples of comic absurdities that make us laugh, but what if we use a similar phrase to examine our spiritual condition? For example: If the same thing gives you come to church do not come, you may be a bag of dry bones . If they give you miso not pray pray you may be a bag of dry bones. If the same praise that gives you praise, you may be a bag of dry bones. If you give the same offerings that offerings; can you're a bag of dry bones. If the same act gives to God not to act; you may be a bag of dry bones. If you give the same sin that sin, you may be a bag of dry bones. If you 've become so accustomed to sin that no longer you realize when you do, definitely you are a bag of dry bones. Nothing funny, right? Why are these things anything funny? There are so because they lead us to consider and reveal our spiritual condition.

As I said at the beginning, this vision Ezekiel described in detail how she was doing God's people then, and tell them there is not much difference between this town and many of us today. The root problem is that many memory are selective, ie, we remember what we need, and often we forget what God has done for us. What happens when we forget these things? What happens is the same as found in this vision of Ezekiel. What happens is that our relationship with God begins to dry out and die. What can we do to prevent this from happening? In the verses we are studying today are five key points to help us answer this question.

First. The Word tells us: "The hand of the Lord came upon me and carried me away in the Spirit of the Lord, and put me in the middle of a valley which was full of bones." The first thing you see reflected here is obedience.

Take heed that God led Ezekiel to the valley, a valley rather unpleasant. Imagine them, a valley full of human bones, dry bones scattered everywhere. I'm sure everyone here would say that witnessing this image was nothing pretty, but Ezekiel was guided. Tell the person you have at your side, God wants Let us guide. Ezequiel no doubt, he refused, he obeyed and left guide. God wants the same from us today. God wants us to be obedient to His Word, God wants us to let guide. The problem is that many of us allow ourselves to be guided by the Holy Spirit. In other words, we submit to His will.

There are many reasons for this can be attributed, sometimes it is because of pride, because of our character, because of jealousy, because of envy. In other words, things that cause you not pay attention to the message God sends, and listening to God's harsh words we think or say, that's not me. In other words, do not let the Lord take us by the hand and guide us to where He wants us to be. In the case of Ezekiel Lord led him to this valley full of bones, a thoroughly unpleasant place, but God did it on purpose. Although we sometimes do not achieve God's purpose, although sometimes we can not understand why, we must stay obedient. We must allow God to guide us at all times. Why? Because when we remain obedient to His word, God will lead us to where we should be. But let it be guided not only, by faith know that God is present at all times, by faith we know He is in control of every situation, by faith we know that He guide us, but once we get have to do something. What we do? "We must act, and this leads me to the second point.

Second. The Word tells us: "And I did spend about everything around them, and behold, they were plenty on the open field, and very dry way." What we're saying here? Pay close attention because it is of utmost importance. Take heed that he is not saying here that he saw this valley from afar, he is not saying he was at a distance of bones, he tells us that he had to spend close to everything in around. In other words, God had guided him to where he had to be, but now wanted Ezekiel where it was carefully observed. Brethren, God does the same with us. When we make a genuine commitment to God, He guides us.

Meditate on it for a brief moment. I'm sure we all know people who have drifted away from God. People who are in that valley, (world) completely dead. But the question we must ask ourselves now is: why God has allowed you know? I can say it was not by coincidence, God has allowed us to know these people, and guided us to them with one purpose in mind. God calls us like Ezekiel, we approach these dry bones, and they look very closely. God asks us to look around looking for all those who have fallen away from Him God wants to use us to rescue all those people who are lost in this world of evil. To all these people who have no and never have the slightest hope of finding peace, love, mercy, forgiveness and salvation that only Jesus offers. This leads me to my third point.

Third. The Word of God tells us: "And I said, Son of man, can these bones live? And I said, Lord, you know. "What happened here? The most obvious here is that God was testing the faith of Ezekiel. God tested his faith and Ezekiel no doubt, did not hesitate. This is very important here in our Christian life. In the case of Ezekiel he was in a place where the situation seemed not good. The reality is that being in a valley full of bones is not good. Ezekiel could only see what was already dead, what now in his mind he had no solution. But despite what he was seeing, his faith may not fail.

Brothers of faith is the most important part of our Christian life. It may be that at times apparently all be lost, may appear to be that things ugly and unresolved, but our faith can not fail us. We must always remember that God nothing is impossible. Our faith may not waver at any time because without faith we have nothing. Recall that throughout a person's faith, God allowed the message of salvation came to our ears, and penetrate our hearts. This leads me to my fourth point.

Fourth. God wants to preach His Word. The Word of God says, "Prophesy to these bones, and say unto them, O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD." God told Ezekiel to speak to those bones, not normally speak but would speak with the authority that God was giving him. God says to us the same thing today. God wants us to have the message of salvation to all people in this world. God wants us to preach His word with the authority He has given us.

Like the people of God that we are our responsibility is to approach these brothers and sisters who have fallen. To those people who have fallen away in absentia because the evil in this world. Our responsibility is to bring the truth of God to all the listener. What happens when we do this? This leads me to my fifth point.

Fifth. Tell the person you have at your side, something great will happen. Take heed: "And I looked, and behold, sinews on them, and the flesh came up, and skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them . 9 And he said Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the spirit: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Come from the four winds, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. 10 And I prophesied as had commanded, and came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, a great army. "

When we preach the Word of God with the authority He has given us, will happen as we found here. When we preach the Word of God with the authority He has given us, those dry bones to return to life. It will happen because the Word of God is alive; happen because God's Word has the potential to impart eternal life. The Word of God is the only weapon that can be used to fight in this war where we are. There is nothing else we can use, there is nothing more I can fight the enemy forces. Only the Word of God can overcome only with the Word of God we have victory over every situation. I do not know how many here have seen the Word of God at work, but I tell them it is fabulous. When we see the Word of God in action we see a complete change in things. The Word of God can heal, restore, and give life to one person. The word of God at work can not be stopped by anything or anyone. When we see the Word of God in action we see brothers and sisters willing to do whatever is necessary to expand the kingdom of God here on earth. When we see the Word of God in action see: "a great army."

To conclude. Ezekiel said: "The hand of the Lord came upon me." Here we clearly see that Ezekiel could not do anything by himself, but by the power of God. If we get the win even when things do not appear to be good. If we get the win when things may seem worse, then follow the example of Ezekiel.

To stand up and serve God as He desires, we must be guided, we must seek to do God's will. To stand up and serve God as He desires, we must preach the Word of God with the authority He has given us. Always remember that we can not deviate from him and think that we'll be OK. As I said at the beginning, the world needs God. But that the world can experience the power of God, the people of God must descend into the valley of bones . The people of God must go for all those people both inside and outside the church who have fallen dead. Now I ask, "Can these bones live?"
