dos If you are mature, caring for your brother, if you care your attitudes and your actions so that through these display your spiritual maturity, you will also be taking care of your brothers, we were still weak, will receive the strength to persevere and hold in the doctrine that God imposes on us.
Read the Word of God in 1 Corinthians 8:8-11 "But meat does not make us more acceptable to God, for neither because we eat, we will be more, not because they eat are we the least. But look at this liberty of yours become a stumbling block comes not for the weak. For if anyone sees you who have knowledge sitting at table in a place of idols, the conscience of one who is weak, will not be encouraged to eat things sacrificed to idols? And through thy knowledge is weak brother perish for whom Christ died. "

Last Sunday we talked about the importance of this witness to the power of God and the work he has done in our lives that we should witness within and outside the congregation in order to glorify the Lord and win souls for Christ; now see the importance of the testimony that we offer through our own lives, not only because it glorifies the Lord, but because with this we can strengthen our brothers and encouraged them to continue the road, but we also know that we can be a stumbling or knock those who are weak in faith, "Not in all this knowledge is, for some, being accustomed to idols until now, eat as food offered to idols, and their conscience, being weak, is defiled" 1 Corinthians 8: 7.

Often we ignore the places frequented or friends, or attitudes that we have on occasion, and without realizing we are presenting a distorted picture of Christian life we should lead, not all believers and unbelievers alone, are clear of the gap are the idols, nor have clear emptiness that are the fun places in the world, or the fun that the devil presents itself as very attractive, making it fall into the same unsuspecting believers who think that nothing happens by getting involved with these things.

The apostle Paul, mature and consolidated in Christ, said to the Corinthians: "All things are lawful, but not all agree, all things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything" 1 Corinthians 6:12; we, who consider ourselves mature and knowledgeable of the gospel, we think that nothing will affect places of sin being that there are in touch with the doom itself, many times we think of anything worldly attitudes affect us that we have, and we inadvertently glorifying the world should understand that this way we are doing down to make us weak example, "If anyone imagines that he knows something not yet know as he should know. But if anyone loves God is known by Him "1 Corinthians 8:2-3, is known because everyone can see the very presence of God in our lives.

"We know that an idol is nothing in the world" 1 Corinthians 8:4, and neither is in itself, taking the place that gives each room as there as only in the imagination of those who worship him, as Christians we know that behind these idols can exist only demons that seek to divert attention from the Lord to bring upon themselves.

Paul's concern is not focused on those who know the Lord in depth, but the damage that each of us make our own family, those who begin the journey, or the obstacle that means a bad witness to those who wish come because the Lord is calling them, that's where we cast our eyes, what we are going on around us with our attitudes, our daily witness.

Many times in the world, a father or a mother smokes or drinks or takes drugs and does not care for his life and begins to decline, but do not realize that this is influencing their children, "For if anyone sees you you, who have knowledge sitting at a table in a place of idols, the conscience of one who is weak, will not be encouraged to eat things sacrificed to idols? "vs. 10; as Christians we can not act like the world do, as Christians we must think and act with maturity in Christ without looking at how we affect ourselves but looking at the damage they can cause, believing that "In this way, then, sin against the brethren and wound their weak conscience , sin against Christ "vs. 12.

Start loving your family and your neighbor as Christ loves, selflessly, with delivery and thinks, how can you expect a family in the way of the Lord, if you yourself have not become totally to him, how can you expect a family given to the work, if you do not give your life to it, I intend a family living in holiness, if you're not the same, how can a family expect obedient, if you're not with the Lord, your own attitudes, your own way of living that will be the other at the feet of Jesus.

CONCLUSION: Perhaps with your maturity, you think you have to visit any place and unchristian attitudes nothing of this will affect your relationship with God, to Paul's concern that Christians think that as the idols were nothing, could keep contact with them or their worshipers were not being affected to the point of becoming like them.

But the biggest concern was focused on that using this liberality, cause damage to the church or those weak brethren in the faith, if you do not change as you move away from all that displeases the Lord, if not change your way of living and acting at all times to do this agreement establishes the Lord, can cause a disaster, "And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish for whom Christ died" 1 Corinthians 8:11.

A strong and mature spiritual brother does not prove that their testimony of life with the presence of God in him, is causing irreparable harm that would be in those most vulnerable through whom also the Lord shed his blood, who would then be strong and mature sin doubly, first by having almost the sacrifice of the cross, and the other to injure a member of the body of Christ.

It is always easy for strong Christians see the evil in their own actions, the same sins that would be stronger if carried out the weak, "Therefore, if food is my brother stumble, I will not eat meat ever, not to make my brother stumble "1 Corinthians 8:13.
