Alma, enough whining;
Christ suffered in your place,
And on the cross to succumb,
His great work accomplished.

Alma, do not weep,
Look at Christ and live.

The Fair was loaded,
Without reservation, your wickedness;
The Lord, he was sentenced
Because I am free.

Watch, unhappy sinner,
Jesus, your Savior.

If you surrender everything to him,
You will receive forgiveness;
Hallarásle always faithful,
Soon give you salvation.

Alma, do not weep,
Look at Christ and live.
