Harvesting for more seed
2nd. of Corinthians 9:10 continues: And who gives seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.

Not that I desire a gift but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But everything I have received, and abound: I am full, having received from Epaphroditus what you sent, fragrant smell, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God. My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. When God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen
The promise of abundance was only for the church that Paul participated in the process of giving and receiving. At that moment they understood that they were benefiting not only the apostle. If you want your pastor preach as Paul also has the right to live like him.
