The fruit of the Spirit

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23

Talking with a good brother, I realized that sometimes we wonder if the Christian life is easy or hard living, and reached the following conclusion:

"The Christian life is neither easy nor difficult, impossible. The Christian life can be lived only the Holy Spirit in us. Its fruit is the Christian life is the life of Jesus Christ. Everything else is a poor imitation that does not give satisfaction to which he lives, or God, or convicts who see it. "

Taking as a starting point we will say these words while the believers not to "take up the cross every day," Luke 9:23 the Holy Spirit is free to them and their fruit will not only will the works of the flesh. The Word exhorts us to "walk in the Spirit" but this is not speaking in tongues, but let the Spirit living in us freely, is to let his fruit may appear in our lives and its fruit is love, joy, peace, patience gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, temperance.

Can you imagine that in everyday life of believers to manifest this? Could there be fights? What a testimony to the world! In heaven will be like always, there will be none of the meat that is:
"Are manifest works of the flesh, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these, about which I warn you, as I have told you before, that those who practice such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. "Galatians 5:19-21

But to overcome "the flesh and its works" have to "take up the cross daily" ie crucifying the flesh.
"They that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires."
Galatians 5:24

This is what Jesus did when He died for us, first cleaning shed his blood for our sins, the other took us with Him in His death to end "the old man" "the flesh" the "I" everything that we inherited from Adam and does not create more than conflicts and problems.

But how is this possible? Everything is by faith in what God's Word says: we believe that Christ died for our sins and we thank him for forgiveness and peace we enjoy, so by faith we believe what God's Word says about our death with Christ and enjoy freedom from old man:
"Knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be destroyed, so that no longer serve sin." Romans 6:6

But this is not achieved once and for all, it is true that Christ did so for once and for all, but we now by faith we have a wonderful experience this union with Christ in His death and resurrection that makes us live the Heaven on earth, and tomorrow we are on the ground, trying to die with Christ, but without faith and clear get nothing! We spent the day quarreling with ourselves to take us to the cross! Jesus encourages us to "take up the cross daily," tell by faith with what he already did on the cross for our liberation.

He said to them all, If any man will come after me must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. "Luke 9:23
Do you know why the apostle Paul could live a life as we live? Because he was very mindful that in life and in no way wanted to live, but if you craved that Christ lived in him, knowing full well that if he did not die with Christ, Christ could not live your life in it, and so I said "I am crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me, and I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself same for me. "Galatians 2:20

But how many Christians want them to live dying Christ in their lives? Very few, but they want, enjoy a new life, full, life of the Spirit. Why are some believers have limited the Spirit to speak in tongues? And then they fight and is not in their lives nothing about life or the fruit of the Spirit.

How awful is the YO! It is the opposite of Christ, yet I was strolling through the church, preach, teach, dresses with religion, using words from the Gospel, speaking in tongues, sing hymns, wears false humility, but gets tripped up the brother, fight with cunning to occupy the top positions.

The YO is a Pharisee, hypocrite, fake, make long prayers, appears to godliness, but only seek its own. Create thousands of problems in the church and in society, their weapons are and malmeter feuds against each other to achieve their ends You think I exaggerate? What could be so horrible?. You know him? You know the I? Sadly all we took over and within us, we were born with it accompanies us everywhere, night and day, it is very hard, you can not tame or what solution is better then? There is only one, God did: Die. Only death can stop him. So Paul says, "I no longer live, but Christ lives in me" Do you realize? It's no joke, the biggest enemy against which we must fight is against ourselves. Is it possible? Notice what the apostle Paul said:
"We know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. Because I do not understand, because I do what I want, but what I hate, that I do. "

So only the cross can break this evil beast that is the "I" "Meat" "The Old Man," "Sin" all attempts to fight it with self-discipline, effort of will, good intentions do not lead nowhere. How many failures will need to experiment to realize this? Did not even realize we can not live the Christian life really? What we do not meet God or ourselves? Someone said that "Only Christ can live the Christian life" and it has come to our lives when we receive, but we have to leave, we occupy the place occupied by us on the cross, tell him most often: Lord, I can not live the Christian life, you live it in me. "
